Ubiquity OEM Install
Case ID: noi-001
- Start your machine with the install media in place
Select your language and press Enter
Press F4 and select OEM install (for manutacturers) and press Return twice
- Wait for the desktop to appear
Double click on the Install icon
Once Ubiquity starts click on Forward
Select your language from the list, then add a Unique name for this batch of systems and click Forward
Select your timezone and click Forward
Check your keyboard layout is correct or alter click Forward
Select Guided - use entire disk and click Forward
Add a password for for the OEM user
Add a name for the machine to identify it to the network and click Forward
Check the details are correct on the final page and click Install
Once the installer has finished choose to Restart the system now
- Remove the disc and press the enter
- Allow the machine to reboot

- Once the desktop has restarted
- Do any updates that maybe present
Click on System (Left pane) and click on Prepare for shipping to end user
Enter the user password given at install time and press Enter
Click OK
Click on Quit (Bottom Right) and select Restart

- Switch the machine back on
Select a language and click Forward
Select a timezone and click Forward
Check the keyboard layout is correct or modify and click on Forward
Add End User details and password and click on Forward
Wait for the Log in screen
Type in the username and hit Enter
Type in the password and hit Enter
- Wait for the machine to log in
